Book Tour Stops For “The Day the Angels Fell”

IMG_0211
We’re starting to put together the stops on our book tour, and I have tell you, I’m really excited about it. It looks like we’ll get a chance to see some of the same folks we met on our 10,000-mile, cross-country trip in 2012, along with some new stops and new people. Here is a general itinerary – as we start to firm up venues and times, we’ll let you know (I’m going to start a new page here on the blog tracking our planned stops). In most of these cities we’re already beginning to line up events, but if you see that we’re going to be in your area and you’d like to organize a book signing or reading, just let me know and we’ll see if we can work you in.

Thanks again – without your interest in The Day the Angels Fell, this wouldn’t be possible. (The book should be available to purchase in about two weeks, so stay tuned.)

  1. My in-laws live in Nashville now. And we know a few people in Dallas as well. Let me know if you want me to put you in touch with either of them. Sounds fun! Has Willie been retired or will he be making a come-back?

    1. Thanks, Clint. I’ll probably be in touch. We’ve already got some great events shaping up in those two cities. Willie is retired. I don’t know if I could trust those brakes again.

  2. Greenville ohio!? That’s awesome. That’s where all of my family is from. I’ll come home for this occassion. :-). We would love to help out with some form of hosting! There are some great iconic restaurants you’re going to want to check out while you’re there too. :-)

    1. Great! Thanks, Sarah. I’m going to be doing a talk at the library there. My wife actually grew up in Troy, so we’ve spent a fair amount of time in that area. Always looking for restaurant suggestions! Hopefully we’ll see you there (and I’ll be in touch as the time draws nearer).

  3. What a small world. Wow! So I actually grew up in troy also and the rest of my family is in Greenville. We will love to meet up with you and provide whatever you need. Talk to you closer to that time. Blessings!

  4. I thought we might need to miss this since we are leaving Lancaster in January, but I see you are making a Kansas City stop! We’ll be on the Missouri side of Kansas City – but still! Excited for you and your family.
